    Project: Apollo bicycle build

I picked up an old fixed fork Apollo mountain bike over a year ago. It was in 'electric green'. I've stripped it down and resprayed it 'volcanic orange'. I don't know what the plan is from here. I could just put it back togeher, it could become a fixed gear or I might even turn it into an Xtracycle cargo bike... or just give it to Bikes for Refugees.

Lessons learnt so far. Don't respray bike frames yourself when you can get them powdercoated reasonably cheaply. The costs so far have been the grinder add on for the drill (not to mention a new cheap drill) the 2 cans of spray paint and the time waiting for a still evening and the hassel of findind a place to hang the frame makes it not worth it.
